You have a really good head for business. You can manage a pipeline of prospective clients as well as meet your immediate targets. You’re good at taking ownership of and meeting personal financial targets.
You’re a team player
You’re a strong proponent of the greater good, understanding what it means to be part of a team. You can work both on your own or in partnership with others, and you have the ability to be accountable for your own as well as the team’s targets.
You’ve got experience
You are a recent graduate or have at least two years in the work force. You have a background in sales, customer service, or hospitality but no recruitment experience. You like to learn new things, so we can train you on the rest.
