About RossJuliaRoss

April 2010

We welcomed a reasonably early Easter this year, as it's been a busy few months and we hope that all our clients enjoyed a happy and safe break. We have been delighted to see continued positive economic data in our operating locations around the world, which augurs well for longer term prospects for employment and business. There has been a noticeable pick up in recruitment activity across all our key client sectors in the past few months and we expect some locations to start experiencing talent shortages in a number of sectors as the year progresses. Articles in this issue include a review of the current situation in the recruitment industry and some very interesting data from our recently released RossJuliaRoss Diversity Report into Workplace Diversity in the ASX300.
