About RossJuliaRoss

July 2009

Welcome to a new Financial Year! For most of us as the now famous “green shoots of recovery” seem to be appearing a little more consistently, it will be Good Riddance to an extremely challenging fiscal 2009. Many of our client organisations have indicated that they expect their activity to pick up in 2010 and this, coupled with some consistently positive Consumer Confidence figures over three months and recent improvements in  home loan and investor loan data, provide an opportunity for some optimism that we are indeed through the worst of the economic conditions that have been challenging so many organisations.

In this issue we discuss some interesting progressions in Virtual Learning and review an interesting Human Capital Institute study on the use of Contingent Labour, amongst a range of other interesting Recruitment and HR related subjects. I hope you enjoy it. As always, we welcome your feedback to marketing@rossjuliaross.com
