Welcome to a New Year that we trust will be somewhat kinder to employees, employers and the community than was 2009! Firstly, let me extend on behalf of our whole team, our best wishes for a happy, safe and successful 2010 for all. At this early stage, we are seeing definite signs of ongoing economic improvement that we look forward to continuing through the whole year.
The arrival of a New Year commonly brings with it a process of review. In reviewing 2009, in spite of the challenging operating climate, there are a number of things that we at RossJuliaRoss are proud to have accomplished:
- maintenance of our proactive community engagement program, with support continuing to be provided to community groups such as World Vision, Breast Cancer Foundation, Cancer Council, Jeans4Genes, Salvation Army and Red Cross;
- achievement by our Ross Hong Kong and Singapore divisions, of Quality Accreditation to ISO9001;
- review and upgrade of our internal Employee Value Proposition; and
- continued achievement of high levels of customer satisfaction across key measures.
We look forward to doing even more, even better, with our clients, our candidates and our fabulous team, in 2010.
